With a strong focus on customer service we strive to create memorable experiences for our customers and give back to the community through our various projects. 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time team member to join our friendly team, working in multiple areas of the club including bar, gaming, reception, promotions and the bistro. 

                                                        

About You

Our customers know us as fun, happy and caring, where we strive to brighten our customers day every time they visit.

 

We are looking for GREAT people who want to join us on a part-time basis to work in different areas of the club and who will help brighten all our customers experiences!

 

You don’t need to have experience in Clubs specifically - your background may be in retail, tourism, or another industry where customer service was your mission as much as ours is. 

 

What is most important is that you bring a passion for great food, great coffee, and great entertainment, and genuinely care about our customers as much as we do.

 

You must also be keen to work the hours required for a hospitality venue and bring your energy and enthusiasm each and every shift.

 

The Role

This role seeks a dedicated candidate with a particular focus on going that extra mile and providing outstanding customer service.

 

Working in our team means delivering a great customer experience at every opportunity whilst also delivering on the below:

  • Educating our members about our promotions, weekly activities and special events 
  • Working in a variety of aspects of the Club including: bar, gaming, reception and bistro
  • Enhancing workplace culture, being that of a fun, friendly, & fresh environment where all are welcome
  • Excellent communication and cash handling skills 
  • Executing our promotions with drive, passion and loads of fun
