Our café - Hastings Coffee Co. is a core business within our broader Westport Club. Modern and trendsetting we are redefining the club scene in Port Macquarie and more broadly across the industry. Hastings Coffee Co.,offers guests an in-house bakery, coffee roastery and a fun, fresh and on-trend menu. We have a superstar team of staff who love people, good service and good product. The Person

You are energetic, positive and a polished professional that likes to constantly surprise and delight your customers. You will have strong experience in a high volume café environment and have demonstrated success as a gun barista. You will love problem solving, taking ownership, being a positive supportive team member and willing to remain up to date and share fresh ideas with your team.

The Must Haves

• RSA and RCG
• The flexibility to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Passion for the cafe industry, particularly coffee
• The desire to learn and grow
